Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MEERA REMANI COACHING AND CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, consultancy, and digital products. As part of our commitment to clarity and professionalism, the following outlines our policy on cancellations and refunds:

1. Coaching & Consultancy Services

  • Once a 1-on-1 coaching or consultancy session is booked and confirmed, the session is considered final.

  • We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions under any circumstance.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule it provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions missed without prior notice or rescheduling will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

2. Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, etc.)

  • All purchases of digital products such as online courses, downloadable workbooks, masterclasses, or eBooks are non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be revoked, hence we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues in accessing your digital product or course:

  • Please reach out to us at [email protected] within 72 hours of your purchase.

  • We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide alternative access.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare case of system errors, duplicate payments, or failed transactions:

  • We will investigate the issue and process refunds as necessary to your original payment method.

  • Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • We will review and respond within 3 business days of your request.

  • If a refund is required, it can take up to 10 business days once we have processed the refund for the merchant and your bank to credit your account.
